- Major dents, cracks or breaks.
- Bend(s) in the shaft that directly affects play.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Anything that would deem the shaft unplayable or significantly affect performance.
Not Covered
- Intentional cutting (goalie shafts excluded), altering, or deliberate misuse.
- Minor dents or scratches.
- Discoloration.
- Purchases from unauthorized dealers.
Photo documentation and proof of purchase are required.
Claims are eligible for account credit up to the amount spent on the item.
Claims submitted on a warranty replacement are eligible for up to 50% credit.
