Orders for in-stock items typically ship from our warehouse within 1 business day of order placement. Custom strung orders usually take an additional 1-2 days. Orders for backordered items can delay the shipment date but we will work with you to help get what you need delivered fast.

We offer several expedited and express shipping options from the various shipping carriers that we use. Express deliveries are not 100% guaranteed, but the major shipping carriers that we work with are almost always on time!

We ship our products from our warehouse in Los Angeles all business days of the year. Most orders placed by 9am EST ship out that same day!
