Unused items purchased from StringKing.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We offer free shipping on returns. You can download a return shipping label from the "My Orders" page when logged in to your account, or you can contact us at email@example.com.
Once returned items are received and verified by our returns department, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used to place the original order. Once issued, refunds take 5–10 days to appear on your statement. To check the status of your return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must include your StringKing.com order number with your return.
